Victorian Mineral Water Committee

The Victorian Mineral Water Committee (VMWC) is appointed by the Minister for Environment, as an advisory body on the management of Victoria's Natural Mineral Water resources.

The VMWC must ensure that appropriate policies, plans, strategies and guidelines are in place to preserve the State's Natural Mineral Water resources for the maximum benefit of the whole community.

Protection and management of this valuable asset will continue to create wealth through commercial bottling, hydrotherapy and tourism.
